Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person to person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibit congregation of groups of people.
Our Company/Attractions has in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, We cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, your attendance to our attractions could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19.
NM Slaughter House Haunted Attraction has taken enhanced health and safety measures. You must follow all posted instructions, including but not limited to the following:
Cleaning procedures throughout the facility with disinfectants nightly
Suggest Minimum six feet social distancing between groups when possible;
Face coverings required throughout attraction especially while waiting in line
Staff members being screened with temp checks
Do not interact with other guests
Do not touch props or staff members
Sanitizing before entering the Attraction
Max group size of 5
Temperature check prior to entry of attraction. Any reading above 100.5 or Covid symptoms denied entry.

By buying a ticket and attending event, you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by my employment and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, employees, volunteers, and participants and their families.
I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness. damage, loss, claim. liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with my attending attractionsOn my behalf, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless NM Slaughter House Haunted Attraction and all entities associated with attractions.,its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of NM Slaughter House Haunted Attraction and its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any program. Do not attend this attraction if you have not read all of our warning signs in advance. Do not attend our attractions if you have preexisting medical conditions such as asthma, heart conditions, not physically fit, prone to seizers, or any type of repertory condition. Customers should wear facemasks, wash their hands and NOT attend our attraction if you're suffering for a fever or flu like symptoms. This attraction uses fog and strobe lights. If you have broken bones, prone to dizziness, expectant mothers, high blood pressure, or have any type of mental disorder such as claustrophobia do not attend.
You will experience rough terrain, sudden noises, moving floors, fog, strobe lights, jarring actions, dramatic tilting. You must be able to walk long distances. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. DO NOT BRING WEAPONS TO ATTRACTIONS.
